All hotel reservations must be made through our group block with LoveLand & Sea Travel. Any reservations made directly with the resort or a third party will not be included in meetups, parties or activities. Events are planned based on our blocked group size and we cannot accommodate additional guests. 

Single Occupancy rooms are limited and incur a single supplement. Prices are listed in descriptions below.

Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended. US Residents may purchase our group insurance or purchase insurance on their own. Non-US Residents will need to purchase insurance on their own. Travel Insurance does not cover registration fees, which are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or future Big Fab event.

Travel Insurance Details

*If you want Cancel for Any Reason insurance the policy must be purchased within 14 days of your initial room deposit. 

Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.  By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects,  travel accident, and/ or rental car physical damage.

*If you decline insurance at this time and would like to add it later, you can add the standard plan up until your final payment date. 

**Please note that if you add flights to your reservation at a later date the cost of the insurance may increase to cover your flights


Terms & Conditions

Big Fab Productions has contracted a room block at Planet Hollywood Cancun and Planet Hollywood Adult Scene for a pride trip May 26-May 30 2022.

Your reservation includes all-inclusive accommodations as selected, invites to meet ups and activities and a welcome cocktail party. Please note that some ticketed events may be an additional cost.

All reservations must be made through our group website or directly with LoveLand & Sea Travel to be included in the Pride events and activities. Any reservations made directly with the resort or a third party will not be included in event invites, parties or activities.

Excursions, transfers, travel insurance and flights are not included. Incidentals, spa services and gift shop purchases are not included in the all-inclusive rate. Big Fab special event tickets will be available to purchase on an individual basis or as a VIP Package and will be available in coming months. The Cancun area charges an eco tax, charged directly at the hotel. The current rate is approximately $1.40 USD per night, per room. This amount is subject to change

Cancellation Schedule
Cancellations made before:
February 15th, 2022 will forfeit the registration fee. These payments are non-refundable once made, however, your registration fee may be used for future Big Fab events should you need to cancel.

Cancellations made between:
March 2, 2022-March 15, 2022 will incur a fee of 50% of room total and your registration registration fee

Cancellations made after March 15th will be non-refundable.

Guests who purchase Travel Insurance may submit a claim for your room expenses to receive a refund based on the insurance polices. Please review the insurance options and exclusions. Insurance policies do not cover your registration fees. Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest or used for a future event.

Transfers - You will be able to purchase airport transfers with our group once you have your flight details, or obtain transfers on your own.

Airfare - Flights are available to add to your reservation. Flights may be purchased on your own or by contacting one of our travel consultants for assistance. Travel consultants will charge a nominal fee for flight reservations. We have partnered with United Airlines to offer a special rate for guests. Passport - A valid US passport is needed to travel to Mexico. Not only must it be valid at the time of travel, it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return trip. This applies to all travelers, including children and infants.

COVID -19
Please check back closer to travel dates for the latest safety protocols and regulations regarding Covid-19. Currently there are no vaccination or testing requirements to travel to Mexico, however, a negative Covid test is required to return to the US. Some private Big Fab events may require additional safety measures such as proof of vaccination or Covid test and/or masks. More information will be provided 30 days prior to the event, based on current CDC recommendations and Covid Protocols. Schedule of Events - Big Fab Productions reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel events, performers, special guests and private parties during the pride trip.

Code of Conduct
All guests attending the pride trip are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the resort and destination. Misconduct, harassment, and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated at Big Fab Events and will result in removal from event and future events without refund.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR ROOM

Once we receive your registration we will send you a confirmation email. Within 72 hours our travel partner, LoveLand & Sea, will reach out by email to assist you in reserving your accommodations.

Your room deposit will be due upon room availability confirmation.
